August 2005 Update

Hello All,

Here is a quick update on what's going on in the crazy life of Kelly Wills.

I arrived in Madrid on August 2nd, and then left the next day for Christian Associates' staff conference in Holland. I was there for about 10 days total--practicing with the worship band and then having the actual conference. I arrived back in Madrid yesterday. It was a great conference--good time with friends, good speaking, lots of encouragement, and lots of prayer. I came away from the conference a bit (ok, very) tired, but with the assurance that God really does want me in Madrid, so He will provide all that's needed for that to happen. I'm so thankful for being welcomed into Christian Associates so warmly, and I'm excited to be working with this awesome organization.

In September, I plan to come back to the United States to finish raising support, but before that I have a few weeks in Madrid. During this time I'll be focusing on finding an apartment in Madrid with my roommate and doing some pretty intense planning for the year ahead with my team here. I'm really excited about the year to come and can't wait to see what God is going to do in Madrid.

Here are some things you can pray about:
1) Pray that God will provide the financial support that still needs to be raised.

2) Pray that God will provide an apartment that will be in the right location and the right price range for me and Victoria (my roommate).

3) Pray for my team here in Madrid. In the next few weeks we'll be doing lots of planning and making lots of decisions, so ask God lead us in that.

Thank you so much for your support, encouragement, and prayer. God is doing amazing things! As soon as I have an address, I'll send out another email updating my contact info.

Peace,
Kelly
