November 2005 Update

Hello All,

This is just a quick note to let you all know I have a plane ticket! I'm staying through Thanksgiving with my family, and then I fly out to Madrid on November 28th. I can't wait to be back.

I've been here in the States longer than expected, but I'm really thankful for my time here. I feel like God has used this time to teach me a very hands-on about trusting Him even when things don't go my way, and it has been great to get to spend so much time with my family and to help my sister out with caring for her twins.

I'm ready to be back in my own apartment, sleep in my own bed, ride the metro instead of drive a car, and eat a napolitana de chocolate. I can't even describe what napolitanas de chocolate are without my mouth watering. It's pretty much the best pastry ever, and I want one!

Please pray that my last couple weeks of fundraising go well, and that I have a good time with family before I leave. Also, be praying for our Oasis ministry in the city as we start an intense time of prayer and planning for the future.
